If you expect to have any more than 2 guests within the casita at any time during your stay, please notify your host, or you may get charged a minimum of $50 for each additional guest that your host was not made aware of.

Quiet and Peaceful neighborhood, nestled in the foothills of the Gila Mountain range, also known as the Fortuna Foothills. Nice roads for walking and good views for bike riding. Casita is just a 2 minute walk away from a small grocery store.

There is a chance you may see other people on the property, it could be other guests or our cleaning crew. We as the hosts may also be on site from time to time for maintenance and upkeep of the exterior areas, or periodically residing in the main house.
